Many of our customers in China export machines to other countries and their machines will be equipped with our Blueone PLC remote control gateway which is used to remotely maintaining and debugging the machines. This time, it is a customer in industrial automation industry from Malaysia who directly purchased our PLC remote control module because they encountered the same issue. They are understaffed and cannot send engineer to the site to debug the machine, so they were looking for a remote control modem by which they can remotely debug the PLC installed at site.
This Malaysia customer purchased Blueone remote control gateway HJ8500. They connected the HJ8500 to the Internet via Ethernet and WiFi, and then tested Mitsubishi FX3UA program uploading/downloading by connecting Mitsubishi FX3UA PLC to HJ8500 by serial port and USB port.
